(1) Register as a InChatApp user

When you register for an account in InChatApp, you will need to provide the following information.

1) Your mobile phone number and SMS verification code: We will send you an SMS verification code based on the mobile phone number you have provided for the purpose of verifying your identity. If you do not provide the SMS verification code you receive, registration will fail and you will not be able to register and continue to use the Products and/or Services.

You are reminded that the mobile phone number you provide will be used as your user account for subsequent use of the InChatApp and as user identification credentials for logging into the Product.

The information you provide above will be licensed to us continuously for the duration of your use of the Service. We will retain your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

(2) Chat

You may be required to authorize microphone access and provide your voice information in order to enable the voice chat feature for you. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services properly.

If you provide the following additional information, it will help us to provide you with a better experience: album permissions, camera permissions. However, if you do not provide this information, it will not affect the use of the basic features of the Service.

The information you provide above will be licensed to us continuously for the duration of your use of the Service. We will retain your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

(3) Information content posting, viewing, and liking

When you post a Story or comment on someone else's Story, you will need to provide us with the text information you post/send and the images you upload, and we will review the content you provide for legal compliance and use it as evidence in the event of a user complaint report. If you do not wish to provide the above information, you will not be able to use the relevant features.

Posting stories and changing avatars requires you to authorize album permissions. If you do not provide this information, you may not be able to use our services properly.

The information you provide above will be licensed to us continuously for the duration of your use of the Service. We will retain your information until you cancel your account. When you cancel your account, we will stop using and delete the above information.

1.2 Personal information that we actively collect in the course of providing products and/or services to you

To protect the security of your account and to provide you with better service, we collect and use the following information generated in the course of your use of InChatApp and/or the Services, subject to laws and regulations.

1.2.1 Equipment information

In order to make the necessary adaptations between InChatApp and your mobile device, provide you with a safe and trusted product and usage environment, and guarantee the safe operation of InChat App, when you use InChatApp, according to the specific permissions you grant in the software installation and usage, we will collect information related to the device you are using (such as device model, operating system version, device configuration, MAC address, IP address, device identification, device network information, device environment, software list, and other hardware and software characteristics). This information is collected to help us carry out bug analysis, anti-cheating, anti-hacking and other security protection work, to protect your normal use of the product and/or service, to improve and optimize our product experience, and to protect the security of your account. When you use InChat products and/or services, we may collect web log information about you, including app crashes, system activity information, device networking, browsing history, click history, software usage history and IP address information. If you do not wish to have such log information collected by us, we may not be able to provide you with our normal services.

1.2.3 Consumption record information

When you use the third party payment function provided by this product for top-up and consumption, we will collect and store your top-up and consumption record information, order information and reconciliation information for confirming your payment instructions and helping you to complete the payment, and such information will also serve as the proof of your top-up and consumption.

SDK Technology

The SDK technology is provided by a third party organization with whom we work and we are only aware of the permissions they require to obtain authorization. The third party will need to collect your information and we will not have access to your information unless the third party explicitly discloses to us the sensitive information to be collected.

Refusal by a third party organization to provide information will only prevent you from using the features that are enabled by the technology provided by the third party organization, but will not affect your ability to use other features of InChat .
